- FEATURE: An awkward man's beginning.

Lesson day, Mom, Dan's and daughter gathered at studio. Turns out dad really was incredibly awkward. Step after step and despite his best efforts this was not looking good.
He was deflated.

I explained this is so far outside his 'norm' even his brain needed time to process all this.

A week later at end of second lesson, he too saw some light. Though a long way to go he realized he might just be able to pull this off, he was happy.

Third lesson he clearly displayed progress yet more importantly, he was beginning to show confidence, confidence in both himself and his dancing.

Time ticking, wedding quickly approaching, nerves heightened,

Lesson four.... Dad knows he can do better...

The fifth lesson. He had proved to himself despite being awkward all his life and having never stepped on a dance floor let alone danced on one, he could do this. Family was ecstatic!!

Wedding Day - Have been told by both Mom and daughter, Dad DID GREAT! You gotta love it.
